Flatiron Construction Corp is seeking an experienced Operations Strategy Manager to partner with senior leaders and translate strategic concepts into actionable plans and executive-ready presentations. You will drive Growth opportunities, market insights, and financial analysis to shape the company’s long-term performance.

The role requires 10+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy, strong analytics, and advanced PowerPoint skills to communicate complex concepts to leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, investment analytics or related fields required.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, market research, and executive-level communications.
• Apply data analytics, AI capabilities, and innovative problem-solving techniques to uncover insights, improve decision-making, and communicate strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create highly polished, professional presentations for executive audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives into actionable business recommendations.

OverviewAs our Operations Strategy Manager, you will be a versatile business partner responsible for transforming strategic concepts, market insights, and financial analysis into actionable business plans and executive-level presentations. This role partners closely with leaders across FlatironDragados and affiliated ACS group companies to identify growth opportunities, evaluate market trends, and develop strategies that drive desired financial outcomes.

What you will be doing

Develop and evaluate business strategies that support organizational objectives, revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term financial performance.

Conduct financial analyses, business modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making and investment.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

10+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, investment analytics or related fields required.
