Key responsibilities

Prepare a wide variety of coffee drinks and specialty beverages

Greet customers, prepare orders accurately, and explain the menu

Make recommendations based on customer preferences and answer questions about products

Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment

Process sales transactions accurately using system and handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments securely

Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift

Receive payments from clients and validate proof of payments

Check sales orders before preparing orders and pick, pack and label orders accurately

Conduct daily inventory count and ensure proper labeling, tagging and tracking of items

Keep the workstation and stockroom area clean, organized and safe

About you

Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration, or equivalent

At least 1 year of related work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in operations or administration

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
