Job summary

Ultipro in Garland, TX is seeking an Operations Specialist I for the second shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) to join our warehouse team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on running machines and preparing customer orders, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will operate forklifts and overhead cranes, use ERP software for paperwork, and participate in LEAN and ISO trainings. We offer benefits including healthcare, 401(k) with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better in General Education.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Motivated and energetic with a strong work ethic.
• Experience operating forklift and cranes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run machines and complete customer orders.
• Build and package orders according to customer needs.
• Operate forklift and use overhead cranes.
• Use an electronic ERP system to complete paperwork and verify order information.
• Participate in training events such as LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

• Running a Machine and completing customer orders
• Building and packaging orders based on customer needs
• Driving forklift and using overhead cranes
• Using electronic ERP system to complete paperwork and verify order information
• Actively participating in training events such as: LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events
• Wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Ensuring that all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner
