Workster is partnering with a rapidly growing e-mobility startup to recruit Operations Specialists for a refurbishment and logistics project based in Brooklyn, New York.

In this role, you will support the preparation and refurbishment of e-bikes, ensuring they are repaired, inspected, cleaned, and packaged to meet high-quality standards before reaching customers. You will work closely with the operational team and bike mechanics in a well-equipped UpCenter to optimize warehouse processes and contribute to the company’s mission of delivering excellent e-bike products.

Your Role

• Prepare e-bikes for shipment, including inspection, fault finding, cleaning, and packaging
• Coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues and bike mechanics to ensure high-quality refurbishment standards
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas to optimize warehouse operations
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment
