Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned client and departmental emails and inboxes daily.
• Identify sender, client, matter, urgency, and due dates from correspondence.
• Classify and route items to the correct owner or department.
• Record escalations with date, source, matter details, priority, and status.
• Maintain organized records and confidentiality of client information.
• Provide routine acknowledgements and status updates using approved templates.
