Job summary

Cambridge Computer is seeking an Operations Specialist to drive technology acquisitions and manage procure-to-pay processes, collaborating with sales and internal teams to deliver a white-glove experience for clients in the data-center sector.

You will coordinate accounts payable/receivable, internal procurement, logistics, revenue recognition, tax research, travel/expense, and banking activities, while supporting compliance and operational improvements.

As an Operations Specialist at Cambridge Computer, your central role is to execute all moving pieces of the technology acquisitions that keep our clients' data centers on the cutting edge. You will collaborate smoothly with our sales team and internal stakeholders to reduce risk while managing the procure‑to‑pay process with both large brand and startup technology partners, delivering a white‑glove experience for our customers. We invest heavily in hands‑on training and mentoring to support your success.

Requirements

• Current authorization (or soon to be authorized) to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
