What Will You Do?

The Overview

This position requires managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and providing customer support while ensuring regulatory compliance. The individual will be responsible for tasks such as provisioning phones, assembling kits, and processing orders. They will also oversee inventory purchases, receipts, and returns. Additionally, they will handle customer inquiries and monitor compliance with relevant standards.

This role reports to the Director, Operations and Strategy and is based in our Chicago office with the expectation to be onsite every day.

The Specifics

Provisioning, Kitting, and Order Fulfillment

Responsible for using the inventory system to provision, kit, and fulfill orders for medical monitoring convenience kits, devices, and replacements items. This includes packaging, labeling, and shipping functions.

Inventory Management

Count and reconcile physical inventory, receive incoming inventory deliveries and reprocess returns, and source, quote, issue purchase orders, and procure devices and ancillary inventory.

Customer Support

Answer support calls, emails, and tickets from patients and clinical users, and resolve support requests and complete ticket resolution forms.

Compliance Monitoring

Review compliance alerts and assess data quality issues, and contact clinical staff or monitored subjects to remediate noncompliance.

Quality Assurance and Quality Management System Compliance

Ensure regulatory compliance by assisting with documentation for medical kits according to FDA regulations and standards.

Who You Are?

Experience and Education

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills and Practice

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) / Google (Docs, Sheet, Slides)
  • Experience with Samsung Knox or similar phone provisioning (a plus)
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems (a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (site coordinators, regulatory department)
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and adherence to procedures (familiarity with FDA regulations for medical devices a plus)
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement
