Role Description

The Operational Specialist is a full‑time hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA, with the flexibility to work from home on a partial basis. The primary responsibility is to aid in day‑to‑day operational processes that support the Workplace Investment Navigator (WIN) platform, including onboarding new advisor relationships, maintaining client account records, and coordinating with custodians and plan providers.

The Operational Specialist will track workflow, monitor service requests, and ensure that transactions, fees, and account changes are processed accurately and on time. The role includes collaborating with sales and relationship teams to support advisor needs, preparing reports, and troubleshooting operational issues as they arise. This position also contributes to process improvements, documentation, and small operational projects that enhance efficiency and client experience.
