The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of operational processes including knowledge of a wide variety of software programs utilized throughout the company. The Operations Specialist will complete assigned projects of a wide range to support the Operations Manager. Must have an understanding and knowledge of software applications as well as procedures surrounding daily back-office activities including dashboards, management of reports, and is responsible for completion of activities related to the applicable EMRs utilized by all service lines.
