Caliber Collision in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Collision Operations Specialist to manage center operations, risk, and teammate development. You will monitor financial metrics and help drive repairs that are thorough, safe, and profitable according to Caliber SOPs and insurers’ guidelines.

The role emphasizes recruiting and retaining skilled teammates, leading production, and delivering strong customer experiences at a busy center in Downtown Albuquerque.

Service Center Albuquerque - Downtown JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Operations Specialist to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to the overall operation of their center, including Risk Management, Teammate development, Client Metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Collision General Managers will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
• Must have prior experience with CCC1
• Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
