Job summary

Louisville MSD is seeking a supervisor for the computer room to manage staff, schedule hours and overtime, and submit timesheets. The role also drives SOP development and implementation across the Operations Divisions, ensuring consistent practices and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field with at least three years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable contact during off-hours for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; three or more years of related experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have an acceptable and reliable means for being contacted during off-duty hours.
• Must have safe work and driving habits.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision to computer room staff. Schedules staff hours, overtime, and performs timesheet submittals. Administers and oversees SOPs development and implementation across the Operations Divisions.
