The Operations Shift Trainer reports to the Lead Operations Trainer and supports the development, implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Louisiana LNG Operations Training and Competency Program. The role provides shift-based training support, field training coordination, Operator Training Simulator instruction, competency assurance support, and training compliance oversight to ensure operations personnel are prepared to operate the facility safely, reliably, and in accordance with applicable Federal, State, Local, company, safety, environmental, and process safety requirements.
The Operations Shift Trainer plays a key role in building and maintaining operational capability across the Louisiana LNG facility. This includes supporting field and control room operator development, delivering structured training, maintaining training standards, supporting competency verification, and ensuring training activities remain consistent with operating requirements, regulatory expectations, and LNG industry best practices.
