Job summary

Burlington Stores in Turners, NY is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee receiving and store operations, and model Burlington's core values. You will coach supervisors, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, and partner with District and Regional teams to drive results.

Flexibility, scheduling experience, and the ability to lift 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standard procedures.
• Oversee the overall operations and receiving SOPs, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), setting a leadership example for customers and associates to drive results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning; communicate with District/Regional teams.
