Operations Senior Specialist III role at JPMorganChase

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily workflow and delegate tasks to team members
  • Provide training and necessary tools to ensure team success
  • Assist in completing daily work to prevent losses due to absences or scheduling conflicts
  • Conduct quality assessments and provide timely feedback to team members
  • Monitor workflow and gather statistics for performance indicators
  • Maintain accounts under clearing standards and ensure timely resolution of aging items
  • Act as the first line of escalation for problems, identifying system issues and suggesting solutions
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Previous reconciliation experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate others
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft suite of applications
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma, some college, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of accounting/reconciliation concepts and account transaction workflow
  • Previous banking center knowledge and management experience
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of related bank operations, reconciliation, or account experience preferred
