Continental Battery Systems is seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish and English) warehouse associate to join our team. Responsibilities include safely recovering used batteries, installing customer equipment, and handling shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Experience as a warehouse associate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely recover used batteries and perform customer installations.
• Handle warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, loading, and inventory control.
• Maintain battery upkeep and records of processes.
• Sell goods and provide a positive customer experience on the selling floor, or via phone or email.
• Occasional deliveries to support customer relationships.
• Operate forklift and material handling equipment following safety practices.

Conocimientos

Daytime Hours - Monday through Friday - Occasional Weekends if needed

Experience (type and amount of experience required):

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience as a warehouse associate preferred

Pay details: $19.50-$20/hr

General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):

A person in this position is responsible to safely recover used batteries, perform customer installations, and perform warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, loading, inventory control, and battery maintenance, and records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions. Responsible for the selling of goods and to provide a positive customer experience on the selling floor, or via phone or email, and records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions. May perform occasional deliveries to support the customer relationship. Experience with safe forklift driving practices, material handling equipment and processes, and face to face customer service is significant. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.
