Job description

Job Summary

We're seeking an Operations Project Manager to join Central Operations as a strategic partner to the Sr. Director of Operations. This leadership role is ideal for a high‑performing individual who is ready to expand into project management, compliance oversight, and operational excellence. You'll lead acquisition and year‑end projects, audits (including SOC), M&A initiatives, and drive consistent processes across locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional projects, delegate tasks, and ensure timely, accurate delivery
  • Serve as subject‑matter expert for year‑end operations, shipping/billing, new‑hire reporting, and M&A
  • Oversee SOC audits, compliance, and service bureau setups
  • Maintain SOPs and report department metrics (monthly/quarterly/annual)
  • Facilitate team meetings, remove roadblocks, and mentor staff
  • Identify and implement process improvements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Administration, or Logistics
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical problem‑solving, and ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Dynamics)
