Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Operations Specialist, Analyst, or Coordinator.
• Experience supporting business operations and cross-functional processes.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• English proficiency for working with English-speaking teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate business operations, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation
