Job summary

Qualifications

Operations Process Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Create and deploy the future state of the Modification Overhaul Repair (MRO) operations in terms of planning, scheduling, material flow, manufacturing and inventory position.
  • Create value stream maps, define new layout and process standardization.
  • Support development of Capital Approval Request and analyze data required to justify investment – business case.
  • Lead CI activities such as time studies, standard work, value stream management, line balancing and layout deployment.
  • Support manufacturing simulation analysis.
  • Document and transfer best practices across Eaton Aerospace Group.
Qualifications
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical field.
  • Operations and Lean manufacturing experience +5 years.
  • Industrial manufacturing – MRO (repairs) experience preferred.
  • Shop floor experience and hands‑on mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good communicator.
