RGBSI is seeking an Operations Process Improvement Specialist to enhance the MRO operations through effective planning and standardization. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of operations and lean manufacturing experience.

This role involves responsibilities such as leading CI activities and documenting best practices. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and comply with ITAR regulations, ensuring U.S. person status.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. person as per ITAR regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in operations and lean manufacturing.
• Industrial manufacturing experience preferred.

Operations Process Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy the future state of the Modification Overhaul Repair (MRO) operations in terms of planning, scheduling, material flow, manufacturing and inventory position.
• Create value stream maps, define new layout and process standardization.
• Support development of Capital Approval Request and analyze data required to justify investment – business case.
• Lead CI activities such as time studies, standard work, value stream management, line balancing and layout deployment.
• Support manufacturing simulation analysis.
• Document and transfer best practices across Eaton Aerospace Group.

Qualifications

• This position requires use of information or access to hardware subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical field.
• Operations and Lean manufacturing experience +5 years.
• Industrial manufacturing – MRO (repairs) experience preferred.
• Shop floor experience and hands‑on mentality.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team player.
• Good communicator.
