Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance, mentorship, and training to less experienced Project Managers, leading onboarding initiatives and acting as backup to ensure no gaps in project execution. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology and lean tools to evaluate group processes, execute process simplification, eliminate systemic obstacles within the project execution lifecycle, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
