Job summary

Church Unlimited in Corpus Christi, TX, is seeking an Operations Pastor to oversee campus operations, logistics, facilities, and volunteer teams. The role ensures weekend services and events run smoothly and safely.

You will work with the Campus Pastor and Lead Operations and Events Director to build systems, train volunteers, and foster a welcoming environment where people can encounter Jesus and take their next step.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in operations, events, facilities, hospitality, or volunteer leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and champion the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited
• Lead and provide visible pastoral support during services and special events
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop Parking and Operations volunteers
• Coordinate event logistics, facilities, supplies, setup, teardown, and vendors
• Oversee campus safety, cleanliness, traffic flow, and service readiness
• Develop operational systems and track measures of effectiveness
• Collaborate with campus and Ministry Support teams
• Support campus pastoral care and perform additional duties as assigned

Position Overview

The Operations Pastor oversees campus operations, logistics, facilities, volunteer teams, and event execution. Working with the Campus Pastor and Lead Operations and Events Director, this role ensures weekend services, special events, and campus environments are prepared and executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and champion the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited
• Lead and provide visible pastoral support during services and special events
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop Parking and Operations volunteers
