Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP or business management system preferred but not required.
• Experience in administrative tasks, data entry, or order processing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain work orders in NetSuite.
• Review fulfillment and receiving documentation for accuracy.
• Assist cross-training and provide departmental support.
• Provide general administrative support and data entry.
• Escalate discrepancies when needed.
