Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager for its LEO program in Redmond, WA. You will lead warehouse associates across material receipt, picking, kitting, and delivery, driving safety, quality, and on-time performance.

The Amazon LEO team is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who wants to join our team as an Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for managing warehouse associates in functional areas such as material receipt, picking, kitting, or material delivery. This is a hands‑on position where your daily activities will range from labor planning to strategic projects to new system development to supporting the customers that depend on our services.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
