Sunset Search LLC seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for multiple utility-scale solar plants, focusing on performance optimization, safety compliance, and vendor coordination.

You will report to senior leadership on KPIs, lead technicians, and collaborate with regional managers to drive reliability and efficiency across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in power plant operations or renewable energy O&M.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and grid interconnection.
• Experience leading teams and managing external contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and performance monitoring tools.

Responsibilities
