Rentokil North America in Kent, WA seeks an Operations Manager to train, lead, and develop a team of specialists. You will drive service quality, contribute to revenue growth, and travel within the territory to meet clients and support sales.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3–5 years in a management role in customer service, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Daily travel throughout territory visiting with clients, assisting specialists, and partnering closely with the sales team on business development
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, as required
