Job summary

Ski Butlers in Telluride, CO, seeks an Operations Manager for the winter season to lead a team of Ski Technicians and Team Leaders, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and drive key metrics like NPS and revenue.

You’ll work weekends/holidays, manage shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service. Experience in hospitality is a plus, and full-time seasonal compensation includes a $26/hour base wage plus monthly bonus.

More specifically, you will be responsible for leading a team of Ski Technicians and Team Leaders in their role.
