What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and direct daily operations to achieve KPIs and team goals using data and workflow management systems
- Manage a large-scale portfolio of contracts, including business problem analysis and communication of recommendations
- Provide leadership and ensure continuous learning for direct reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders including negotiators, analysts, and legal departments to manage relationships and contract obligations
- Apply project and change management principles to oversee contracting and continuous improvement projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- At least five (5) years of experience managing projects or teams
- Proven experience in driving operations against KPIs
- Proficiency in analyzing data and creating KPIs
- Travel required: up to 15%
