CHANEL in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations, SOPs and systems to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will lead a multi-functional team across Inventory, Shipping, Alterations, Facilities, Security and staffing, while directing budgets, forecasting expenditures and driving operational excellence. In-store presence and collaboration with boutique leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule incl. late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Boutique management requires in-store presence.

About the role:

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee and direct the operations function within the boutique. They are the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems and tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations to enable the ultimate client experience. They will work closely with the Boutique Leaders by imparting critical business knowledge.

• Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
• Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching, and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly

• Be the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools to act as a resource for entire Boutique Team
• Leading a team through various projects and taking initiative

Position Logistics:

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,400 through $110,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
