• Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license in state of practice.
• 2–5 years working experience in a pharmacy, preferably high-volume setting.

• Strong organization and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-clinical day-to-day pharmacy workflow.
• Direct non-clinical tasks including billing and staff management.
• Direct supervision and training of non-licensed pharmacy staff under Company policies.
• Lead administrative operations of the pharmacy.
• Manage delivery logistics and non-clinical/non-medication facility service issues.
• Ensure completion of Company business/financial directives.

• Ensure the pharmacy adheres to all state and federal regulations
• Direct non-clinical day-to-day pharmacy workflow
• Manage and/or oversee the supervision and training of all non-licensed pharmacy staff with the guidance of Company policies and procedures
• Lead administrative operations of the pharmacy
• Manage delivery logistics and non-clinical/non-medication facility service issues
• Ensure the completion of Company business/financial directives
• Any additional duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business administration or relevant field
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license in state of practice
• 2-5 years working experience in a pharmacy, preferably high-volume setting
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and leadership skills

Physical Requirements:
