Job summary

Neovia Logistics seeks an Operations Manager for the Georgetown facility to manage, plan and coordinate warehouse and logistics functions. You will implement operational strategies aligned with corporate policies to meet short- and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities include ensuring uninterrupted material flow, optimal costs, timely product distribution, client operation support, and staff development. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred).
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience with operations, warehouse, and logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, or coordinate work within corporate strategies, policy frameworks and designs, and implement operational strategies to meet short and long term goals.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate the purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure an uninterrupted supply at optimal cost.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate the support for a client’s operation and optimize costs.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate subordinate staff, reviews, and assess performance, supports their professional development to optimize their contribution.
• Other duties as assigned.
