EōS Fitness is seeking a motivated leader for the Manager in Training (MIT) role in the United States. The program develops leadership skills within gym operations, working with Regional and District Managers and Gym Managers.

It emphasizes onboarding, hands-on coordination, and customer service excellence. The MIT role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic fitness environment, with a focus on leadership development, operations, and sales support, while not directly managing monthly KPIs

Qualifications

• Previous experience (6+ months) in a leadership role, preferably in fitness or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fitness!
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program (up to 6 weeks external, 4 weeks internal) focused on Operations leadership development.
• Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, including scheduling, reporting and data analysis, planning daily activities, and ensuring equipment and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee the Service team and day-to-day tasks such as greeting and directing members, guests and staff.
• Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices and oversee team collaborations.
• Provide assistance to members' requests and inquiries and perform various administrative duties.
• Assist in ensuring operational excellence and customer service by upholding company standards.
• Support sales initiatives, including membership sales, upselling, and achieving KPIs.
• Potentially step into acting managerial roles for a day or shift under supervision.

EōS Fitness is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused leader for the Manager in Training (MIT) role. This program will help you develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to lead and manage in the fitness environment. While this role will not have direct reports, it will prepare you for leadership responsibilities. The MIT will work closely with the Regional Manager, District Manager, and Gym Managers, influencing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) but as this role is not assigned to a specific gym location during the program, the MIT will not be accountable for monthly KPIs. The role is developmental, not eligible for management bonuses but allows commissions for assignments. Duties may vary based on gym management's needs.

Salary Pay Range

$58,656—$58,656 USD
