Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, guiding a culture of inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardize processes, and improve productivity and costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decisions and improvements.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors aligned with values and roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional satisfaction.
