Longroad Energy is a Boston, MA headquartered renewable energy developer focused on the development, ownership, and operation/asset management of wind, solar, and battery storage projects throughout North America. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the wind turbine facility, which consists of 57 turbines with a capacity of 119.7 MW located in Idaho Falls, Idaho (Meadow Creek Wind Project). This includes day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, fiscal accountability, and administrative functions in line with corporate strategies and objectives, while ensuring the safety of all onsite personnel and equipment. Key focus areas include safety leadership, turbine availability, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
