Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is a Health Care Organization delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with ASD across home, schools and clinics. The Operations Manager will lead policies, drive growth, and support therapists in the field.

With a mission to deliver high-quality care, you will recruit and train staff, oversee client onboarding, monitor insurance eligibility, and optimize workflows while coordinating field team schedules.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership/management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Results driven and able to communicate effectively.
• Great planning and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organization.
• Execute new growth directives.
• Partner with Human Resources to recruit talent and oversee employee training.
• Partner with intake to oversee client onboarding.
• Provide operational support to therapists in the field.
• Monitor clients insurance plans and eligibility.
• Submit authorization requests to insurance companies.
• Optimize business workflows.
• Schedule and maximize field teams’ work schedule.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Golden Steps ABA is a Health Care Organization, that delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide individualized services in the home, schools and clinics to assist individuals up to 21 years of age, work on specific skills, and behaviors.
