• Varied days, start time: 10 am to 8 pm

What You’ll Do

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real‑time troubleshooting
• Train and onboard new team members

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities

• Track delivery exceptions and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor compliance with check‑ins, paperwork, and routing standards
• Review next‑day delivery plans and adjust schedules as needed
• Submit nightly operations recap reports
• Attend weekly planning and operations meetings
• Conduct inventory checks and order supplies

Success Metrics

• On‑time and complete delivery performance
• Driver satisfaction and engagement scores
• Employee retention and safety compliance
• Labor hours and productivity versus goals
• Fleet damage and repair cost management
