Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of supervisory/managerial experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail.
Experience in supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors across multiple departments.
Experience with hiring and promoting associates in a Walmart or retail context.

Responsibilities
