This full-time role blends office duties with on-site visits, requiring strong organization, clear communication, and proactive leadership. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in office, production, or operations management; flooring or home services background preferred.
• Strong communicator on phone, in person, and with crews on-site.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact from first call to final walkthrough, building relationships.
• Turn leads into booked appointments for the sales team and manage calendars.
• Coordinate start dates, timelines, and daily progress with installation teams.
• Meet weekly with the sales team to review production and keep teams aligned.
• Order product for each job and ensure on-site delivery.
• Document and obtain written approvals for changes to contracted work.
• Keep office and warehouse organized and presentable.
• Update Production Dashboard daily to reflect accurate job status.
