DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager - CVL in Cartersville, GA to lead day-to-day transportation and logistics operations. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes and service reliability.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of logistics management experience, with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.

• Monitor transportation and logistics performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Conduct regular audits of transportation and logistics processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Provide timely and accurate reports on transportation and logistics activities to management
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transportation and logistics operations

Summary

The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the transportation and logistics department. This role will involve working closely with other departments within the company, as well as external partners and suppliers, to ensure efficient and effective transportation and logistics processes are in place.

Duties and Responsibilities

Educational background / Work experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Experience with transportation management software (TMS) is preferred.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $95,900.00 - $105,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
