Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an Operations Manager for a clinic setting in Forney, TX. The role leads overall facility operations, prioritizing a supportive work environment for staff and exceptional service for families navigating autism therapies.

You will drive KPIs, budgets and team performance while fostering community engagement and compliance. This multi-site leadership role requires strong communication and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience.
• High EQ; ability to work with families and diverse teams.
• Strong, professional communication among department leaders.
• Impact-driven leader who supports teammates and families under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Establish strong connections with families, providing education and onboarding guidance.

As an Operations Manager at ABC, you will lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility. What you will be doing at ABC:

• Metrics & Financials:Monthly tracking of KPIs, Clinic Budgets and Team Performance.
• Community Engagement:Establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding journey.
• Team Leadership:Attract, Engage & Retain 25-50 teammates who deliver on Clinical Excellence.
  • Conduct Performance Evaluation, Corrective Actions and Development Plans.
  • Plan Monthly & Quarterly Team Events and Celebrations!
• Clinical Outcomes:Partner with your Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director & Department Leaders on Operations Quality.

What you will bring to ABC:

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and /or district management.
• Bachelors or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
• High EQ - we work with kids with developmental delays and their families.
• Strong and professional communication style among Department Leaders.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk and assume a variety of positions (i.e. bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching at or above shoulder level, and reaching overhead.)
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to maintain near and far visual acuity
• Must be able to be physically present at assigned job location
