$150,000 - $170,000 + 20% Bonus | Up to $204,000 OTE

You’ll oversee a complex manufacturing environment spanning plastic injection molding and assembly, driving performance across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement.

You’ll be highly visible on the shop floor while working closely with teams across the site and the wider international organization. The role also offers international exposure and travel opportunities for training and development.
