City Electric Supply is seeking an Operations Manager at the Sherman, TX branch to oversee store and warehouse operations, policies, procedures, inventory, purchasing and staff. You will ensure excellent customer service and collaborate with other branches to maintain consistent CES service nationwide.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.

Summary

The Operations Manager oversees store and warehouse operations, including managing policies, procedures, inventory, purchasing, and staff. This role ensures excellent customer service and supports branch employees in meeting customer needs. The Operations Manager also collaborates with other branches to maintain a consistent level of service across the CES network.
