Job summary

Oshkosh Delivery is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee plant production, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating Team Coordinators and Team Reps to foster employee involvement and achieve contractual commitments.

The position runs on a 3rd shift (8:30 pm – 5:00 am EST) with responsibilities across production quality and efficiency in a demanding manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience are required.

The Operations Manager ensures production is met to satisfy contractual commitments and maximizes profits by overseeing production.

Plant 3rd shift hours:

8:30 pm - 5:00 am EST. Please note: These reflect general core hours, start and end times will vary based on overtime needs.

Pay Range

$103,300.00 - $177,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
