• Ability to build effective relationships with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients through clear, professional communication.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe job site environment.
• 10+ years of prior supervisory experience in operations or construction management and a valid driver's license are required.
