Job summary

IGB Affiliate is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own core processes and domain infrastructure. You will manage domains, services, access, vendors, budgets, and workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive automation to support growth.

You will oversee the Domain & Access Specialist, craft SOPs, work with vendors, and report weekly to the CEO. Remote, full-time role with flexible hours and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations/project management with an operational focus.
• Domain infrastructure knowledge: registrars, zones, NS/DNS, Cloudflare, SSL.
• Experience managing many accounts/services (AdsPower, proxies, Google accounts).
• Vendor negotiations and operating budgets; strong spreadsheet & SOP skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full domain lifecycle: registration, DNS, email, renewal or disposal.
• Manage domain pipeline capacity to align with production plans.
• Oversee budget, services, access, and SLAs; escalate bottlenecks.
• Automate processes with technical teams; maintain weekly CEO reports.
• Supervise Domain & Access Specialist and expand the team as needed.

Handle abuse cases (DMCA, Cloudflare, registrars) by building processes and SLAs. Identify bottlenecks and prepare technical requirements for automation for the technical team. Directly manage the Domain & Access Specialist and, if necessary, expand the team as volumes grow.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 3+ years of experience in operations / project management with an operational focus. Practical understanding of domain infrastructure: registrars, zones, NS/DNS, Cloudflare, SSL, domain email. Experience managing a large number of accounts and services (AdsPower, proxies, Google accounts). Experience working with vendors: negotiations, wholesale terms, non-standard payment methods, including crypto. Experience managing an operational budget. Strong Google Sheets skills: complex trackers, linked spreadsheets, pivot tables, automations. Experience setting tasks in Jira: decomposition, prioritization, SLA control. Experience writing and implementing SOPs from scratch. English — B2+: written communication with registrars, hosting providers, and services. Will be a plus: Experience working with DMCA and abuse complaints. Experience hiring and onboarding team members. Basic SQL, Apps Script, or no-code skills for automating routine tasks.
