The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least five years in terminal operations, with strong MS Office and transportation management tool skills.

• Manages the daily terminal operations to ensure all operations are running efficiently.

• Audits current operations and finds areas of improvement.
• Oversees the maintenance and repairs of the terminal's fleet management assets.
• Creates and presents status reports to leadership on terminal operations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Strategically allocates resources to meet operational requirements.
