Uline is seeking an Operations Manager for its Washington branch. You will lead a diverse team across Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities, driving excellence and accountability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in operations with supervision experience. Expect limited overnight travel, a dynamic on-site work environment, and opportunities to shape branch performance.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Uline's Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.
• Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.
• Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.
• Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.
• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years experience in operations or general management.
• Warehouse, call center and / or sales experience a plus.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Limited overnight travel.
