Job summary

PowerPusher, a division of TC Nu‑Star Inc., seeks a hands-on Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving and materials on the shop floor.

You will drive Lean improvements, build high‑performing teams, and partner with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality and IT to support growth.

ERP/MRP experience is required; NetSuite preferred. A focus on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction completes the profile.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Experience in fabrication, welding, assembly, or engineered-to-order manufacturing.
• Hands-on leader who develops people and drives results.
• Strong purchasing, inventory, and supply chain management experience.
• ERP/MRP experience; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
