Motion Industries is seeking an Operations Manager to develop, manage, and deliver support services for the sales force at the San Diego branch.
You will supervise sales support activities, train staff, handle orders, pricing, and collections, and manage branch inventory to meet annual turn goals.

Summary: The Operations Manager develops, manages, and delivers support services to our sales force. This role is responsible for the administrative services of sales and acts as liaison between customers, our sales force, and distribution.
Compensation: $52K-$100K
Note: This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The total rewards package may include components beyond base compensation.
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
May be required to be on-call at nights or weekends, depending on need.
Excellent driving record preferred. All company vehicles are subject to continuous video monitoring.
