Corewell Health is seeking an Operations Manager to provide leadership for four departments across the Cardiology Ernst HOPD - Royal Oak area. You will supervise 25 staff and support 15 providers and 5 APPs, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care in a busy clinical setting.

Corewell Health operates over three hundred outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. The Operations Manager provides operational oversight for four departments: Cardiovascular Surgery, the Ernst Cardiovascular Center, Troy Heart & Vascular Clinic, and the Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic. Leading a dedicated team of 25 staff members, this role supports 15 providers and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across the service line, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional patient care, and seamless coordination across all departments. The ideal candidate brings significant healthcare operations experience, strong business acumen, and proven leadership within a complex clinical environment. This on-site, Monday-Friday position is ideal for a proactive, independent leader who is eager to contribute to continued operational excellence and organizational growth.
