Job summary

Uline is seeking an Operations Manager for its Washington branch in Lacey, WA. You will oversee the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities, driving accountability and high standards across all departments.

You will guide recruitment, supervise personnel, and ensure top-tier customer service while supporting a large distribution center. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years experience in operations or general management.
• Warehouse, call center and/or sales experience a plus.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Limited overnight travel.
