Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking an Operations Manager to keep technical and cross-functional teams running by owning internal processes, tooling, and execution frameworks that eliminate friction.

The role involves identifying operational bottlenecks, designing scalable workflows, and partnering with engineering and product leadership to drive complex projects from conception to measurable outcomes. 4–7 years of ops/TPM/PM in tech is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of operations, technical program management, or project management in tech.
• Strong analytical and process-design skills with SQL and BI tools (Looker/Tableau).
• Excellent organization and cross-functional communication with stakeholder management.
• Experience implementing and administering Jira, Confluence and Notion.
• Bachelor’s in STEM; PMP or software development workflow experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize core operational processes with clear workflows and SOPs.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects using Jira, Confluence, and Asana; track deps and deliverables.
• Analyze metrics in Looker and SQL to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency.
• Manage internal tooling stacks and vendor relationships supporting day-to-day ops.
• Report KPIs and surface risks to executive leadership.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive velocity.

The Operations Manager keeps technical and cross-functional teams running by owning internal processes, operational tooling, and execution frameworks that eliminate friction.
The role involves identifying operational bottlenecks, designing scalable workflows, and partnering with engineering and product leadership to drive complex projects from conception to measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize core operational processes, documenting clear workflows and standard operating procedures for engineering and product teams
• Coordinate cross-functional technical projects using Jira, Confluence, and Asana, tracking timelines, technical dependencies, and deliverables to completion
• Analyze operational metrics in Looker and SQL to identify workflow bottlenecks and drive data-backed efficiency improvements
• Manage internal tooling stacks and vendor relationships that support day-to-day technical operations and resource allocation
• Report on key operational KPIs and surface execution risks proactively to executive leadership
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and quarterly retrospectives to ensure team alignment and delivery velocity

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of operations, technical program management, or project management experience within a fast-paced technology company
• Strong analytical and process-design skills with advanced proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Exceptional organization and cross-functional communication abilities with a proven track record of stakeholder management
• Direct experience implementing and administering project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion
• Bonus: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, PMP certification, or prior experience in software development workflows
